Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Cuppastore Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use cuppastore.property, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not yet fully meet these standards. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@cuppastore.property and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@cuppastore.property and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- Which browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
